Transportation Billing & Planning - Part Time
About The Position
GLOVIS EV Logistics America LLC is hiring a part-time Transportation Billing & Planning employee for its Transportation department. This onsite position is located in Ellabell, Georgia, and is scheduled for 4–5 hours per day. The role manages transportation sales and purchase performance, issues customer invoices, receives and registers carrier invoices in the system, and handles other administrative and planning tasks. The estimated base salary is $41 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on factors including skills or certifications, experience, market changes, and required travel. Employment is contingent on successfully completing pre-employment screening, which may include employment verification, physicals, drug screening, and a criminal background check. New hires are also verified through E-Verify.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in billing and invoicing or finance.
- Proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and PowerPoint.
- Communication skills with customers and carriers.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of MES, TMS, WMS, or other logistics or transportation systems.
Responsibilities
