About The Position

The Transportation Billing & Planning Specialist supports the transportation department by developing its annual business plan and managing revenue and profit. The role verifies performance with customers and carriers, issues customer invoices, receives and registers carrier invoices in the system, and maintains transportation records in the TMS. The Specialist also works with internal finance and accounting teams to maintain and verify accurate records and handles other administrative and planning tasks.

This is a full-time, onsite position in Ellabell, Georgia, supporting logistics operations for Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America.

Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and crisis-response capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with warehouse operations or Tier-1 automotive (or similar) inbound logistics.
• Knowledge of MES, TMS, WMS, or other logistics or transportation systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish the transportation department's annual business plan.
• Manage sales and purchase performance for the transportation department.
