Transportation Billing & Planning - Part Time
About The Position
GLOVIS EV Logistics America LLC is hiring a part-time Transportation Billing & Planning employee for its Transportation department. This is an on-site position in Ellabell, Georgia, with a schedule of 4–5 hours per day. The role manages transportation sales and purchase performance, issues customer invoices, receives and registers carrier invoices in the system, and completes other administrative and planning tasks. GLOVIS EV Logistics America is an integrated logistics company in Savannah, Georgia, providing logistics, warehousing, and inventory services to Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America. Applicants must provide information needed for past-employment references. Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in billing and invoicing or finance.
- Proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and PowerPoint.
- Communication skills with customers and carriers.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of MES, TMS, WMS, or other logistics or transportation systems.
