Transportation Billing & Planning - Part Time
About The Position
GLOVIS EV Logistics America LLC is hiring a part-time, on-site Transportation Billing & Planning employee in Ellabell, Georgia. The position works 4–5 hours per day in the Transportation department and supports transportation billing, performance management, and planning. Responsibilities include managing sales and purchase performance for the department, issuing customer invoices, receiving carrier invoices and registering them in the system, and completing other administrative and planning tasks. The estimated base pay is $33 per hour. The actual amount may vary based on factors such as skills or certifications, experience, market changes, and required travel. The worksite is in Ellabell, Georgia (Bryan County). Pre-employment screening may include employment verification, physicals, drug screening, and criminal background checks. Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in billing and invoicing or finance.
- Proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and PowerPoint.
- Communication skills with customers and carriers.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of MES, TMS, WMS, or other logistics or transportation systems.
