About The Position

U-Haul is hiring a Transfer Driver in Abilene, Texas, to transport equipment to and from repair shops and support U-Haul centers and dealerships. Requirements

Valid driver’s license.
Ability to use mobile transfer programs.
D.O.T. certification if required; U-Haul may sponsor it.
Must be 18 or older.
Must be legally authorized to work without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Complete receipt and intake paperwork electronically.
Transport U-Haul equipment between U-Haul centers, dealerships, and the repair shop.
Perform visual inspections of equipment.
Maintain a driver log.
Willingly assist in additional areas as necessary, following the supervisor’s directives and guidance.
