About The Position

JLL is seeking a Transaction Manager to support a dedicated healthcare client portfolio. The role is remote and covers California, Oregon, and Hawaii, with a preference for candidates based in the United States Pacific or Mountain time zones. The manager leads and executes real estate lease transactions on behalf of the client as both tenant and landlord in a high-volume, client-facing environment, working independently with minimal guidance and collaborating with facilities, property management, finance, and other teams. The expected compensation is $88,200–$128,000 USD per year. Final compensation depends on candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations. Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
