Transactions Manager

JLL•Sacramento, CA
•$88,200 - $128,000•Remote

About The Position

JLL is seeking a Transaction Manager to support a dedicated healthcare client portfolio. The role is remote and covers California, Oregon, and Hawaii, with a preference for candidates in the United States Pacific or Mountain time zones. The Transaction Manager leads and executes real estate lease transactions representing the client as both tenant and landlord, builds client relationships, and supports business growth. In a high-volume, client-facing environment, the manager works independently with minimal guidance and collaborates with facilities, property management, and finance teams. The role also supports less experienced team members and directs special projects as needed. The position requires transaction and process management, market analysis, client relationship skills, and contributions to financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning. Healthcare-specific work includes applying knowledge of Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS) to physician leases and medical office buildings, understanding specialized healthcare facility needs, translating care-delivery needs into real estate solutions, and supporting fair market value analysis and related compliance documentation. The client is a faith-based, nonprofit integrated health system headquartered in Northern California. It operates 27 hospitals and more than 440 clinics across California, Oregon, and Hawaii, serving more than 90 communities. JLL is an equal opportunity employer. This position does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Expected compensation is $88,200–$128,000 per year, with final compensation determined by qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
