About The Position

This role handles standard transaction and fulfillment processing, including moving assets into and out of accounts. It provides reconciliation, settlement, and trade and transfer support, along with quality service and operational support for internal business partners and external clients. The position operates with a standard level of independence and escalates complex issues to leadership to help minimize risk.

Responsibilities

Perform standard transaction processing and reconciliation according to established written guidelines and procedures.
Respond to client inquiries through multiple channels to support operational efficiency and quality client service.
Conduct basic research, follow up, and resolve routine research requests.
Identify potential issues in daily operational tasks and escalate risk concerns as needed.
Provide general operational support, including handling inbound calls, sorting mail, and distributing mail.
