Training Specialist

Hadrian Automation•Cherokee, AL

About The Position

Hadrian is hiring a Training Specialist for the founding workforce development team at a new factory in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. The role will help prepare and launch the factory’s training program: the specialist will experience and evaluate the technician onboarding, training, and qualification journey before the first technician cohort arrives, then provide feedback to improve it. The specialist will help establish the training space and related logistics, learn how training operates at Hadrian’s Los Angeles and Arizona sites, and attend equipment manufacturer training, including at vendor locations as needed. The Training Specialist will contribute to curriculum development and training documentation, maintain records in the skills tracking system, and deliver onboarding, general, and safety training across capabilities. Once technicians arrive, the specialist will support trade-specific trainers, conduct evaluations, keep records accurate and audit-ready, and provide day-to-day direction to trainees. The role is not tied to a single trade; training experience is central, while manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. The specialist is expected to own training outcomes and recommend program improvements. Travel of up to 25% is required. Candidates must meet applicable ITAR eligibility requirements.
