eMaids is expanding and looking for a dedicated Spanish-speaking Maid Supervisor to join their dynamic team. This role involves stepping into a leadership position within a fast-growing cleaning service. Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish/English): Must be fluent in Spanish. Basic English proficiency is needed.
• Team Player: A positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and ready to lead by example.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to train, motivate, and guide a team.
• At least 1 year of cleaning experience.
• 3-6 months of experience in a leadership role.
• Must be okay with servicing Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx.
• Must be able to use public transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise large cleaning jobs, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Conduct cleaning inspections for new team members (2-3 per week).
• Handle customer follow-ups and resolve client concerns.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, and coaching new maids.
• Provide onsite estimates for potential clients.
