The Training Facilitator will be responsible for conducting in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars for all staff, clients, volunteers, and community members. This role involves educating participants on specific skills, operational procedures, compliance, and other relevant topics. The facilitator will also assist in the onboarding process of new staff by delivering orientation and introductory training courses. A key aspect of this role is developing, implementing, and updating training materials, ensuring they are inclusive and culturally appropriate for diverse participants. The facilitator will modify training methods based on participant needs and feedback, and collaborate with the IT Health trainer to train staff on healthcare technologies like EHR and medical devices. Practical, hands-on training in clinical procedures and patient care techniques will be provided to ensure staff competency. The role also includes designing and administering assessments, partnering with department heads to assess training needs, and developing specialized training programs for volunteers, contractors, and temporary staff. The facilitator must stay updated on new training techniques, adult learning principles, and industry trends, and deliver training on healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and OSHA. Maintaining accurate training records and providing follow-up support to participants are also essential responsibilities.
