Provides training support to Southwest Cheese Site management through interviewing and testing new hires, new hire orientation, certification of employees, support for plant management and human resources, identifying and implementing process optimization projects, training new hires and internal movements, and writing and updating SOP. Each employee shall comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act applicable to their actions and conduct. Complies with all applicable food safety regulations and mandates.
