In this role, the individual will be responsible for the training of employees across both Protocase and 45Drives. As a Training Facilitator, you’ll bring a real passion for helping people learn and grow across the company. You’ll play a key role in ensuring training is organized, effective, and actually helps people succeed—not just checked off a list.

Requirements

  • Experience in training coordination, instructional delivery, administration, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and priorities
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
  • High attention to detail—nothing slips through the cracks
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and data tracking
  • Comfort level in learning to use a rapidly evolving set of tools for training including AI-based applications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule training programs across departments
  • Lead ongoing training efforts and monitor employee knowledge levels
  • Prepare and organize training materials and resources
  • Maintain accurate training records and systems
  • Work with teams to understand training needs and ensure programs run smoothly
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of training content
  • Track training outcomes and help improve how we train over time
