About The Position
The Training Development Specialist will join the Training & Development team to design and facilitate Service Schools for technicians and customers. The role focuses on delivering high-quality instruction about the company’s compressors and systems, drawing on deep hands-on experience servicing its industrial equipment. The position is based on-site at the Fredericksburg, Virginia office and may require travel for off-site schools. This is a salaried position with an annual range of $60,000–$70,000, commensurate with experience.
Requirements
- Deep experience servicing the company’s industrial equipment.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
- Ability to report daily to the Fredericksburg office for this collaborative, on-site role.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate training sessions, including hands-on simulations, instruction, and team exercises.
- Collaborate with the team to design instructor guides, online learning modules, and technical handouts.
- Coordinate classes and verify attendance.
- Travel as needed for off-site schools.
