About The Position
The Training Development Specialist will join the Training & Development team to design and facilitate Service Schools for technicians and customers. The role uses hands-on expertise servicing the company’s industrial compressors and systems to provide high-quality instruction. It is an on-site, collaborative role based at the Fredericksburg, Virginia office, with travel as needed for off-site schools.
Requirements
- Deep experience servicing the company’s industrial equipment.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
- Willingness to learn instructional design principles.
- Ability to report daily to the Fredericksburg office.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate training sessions, including hands-on simulations, instruction, and team exercises.
- Collaborate with the team to design instructor guides, online learning modules, and technical handouts.
- Coordinate classes and verify attendance.
- Travel as needed for off-site schools.
