About The Position
HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio combining heat, infrared energy, and exercise. It offers members unlimited sessions, including HOT Yoga, Hot Cycle, and Hot Buns. Workouts are led by virtual instructors in a semi-private environment and are designed for all fitness levels. The Trainer Sales Associate supports membership sales and marketing, helps grow the studio's member base, and delivers customer service to prospective and current members. The role includes outreach, appointment scheduling, studio tours, onboarding, and maintaining a clean and safe studio. Compensation includes hourly pay, commissions, and bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed membership sales goals.
- Work as part of a team to grow the studio's member base through sales, onboarding new members, and providing superior customer service to retain long-term members.
- Promote the HOTWORX brand and services in the community, including outreach to prospective members by phone, text, email, and at local events.
- Call and reach out to guests interested in trying HOTWORX, schedule appointments, and give studio tours.
- Keep the studio clean and safe for members and guests.
- Provide professional and exceptional customer service at all times.
