About The Position

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering workouts that combine heat, infrared energy, and exercise. Members have 24-hour access to unlimited sessions, including HOT Yoga, Hot Cycle, and Hot Buns. Workouts are led by virtual instructors in a semi-private environment and are designed for all fitness levels.

The Trainer Sales Associate will support membership sales and marketing at a new HOTWORX location in Melissa, Texas. The role focuses on growing the studio’s membership base, onboarding members, providing excellent customer service, and promoting HOTWORX in the community. Compensation includes hourly pay, commissions, and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed membership sales goals.
• Help grow the studio’s member base through sales, onboarding new members, and providing customer service that supports long-term membership.
• Promote the HOTWORX brand and services in the community, including outreach to prospective members by phone, text, email, and at local events.
• Call guests interested in trying HOTWORX, schedule appointments, and give studio tours.
• Keep the studio clean and safe for members and guests.
• Provide professional and exceptional customer service.
