About The Position

Hotel Equities is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Trail Runner to support hotel operations and provide excellent guest service. The position provides cleaning services in cabins and common areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and washing walls, windows, and mirrors. The Trail Runner helps ensure guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay by preparing cabin interiors and staging outdoor spaces. This is a physically active, self-directed role that involves continuous movement and flexibility with workdays and hours, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Good physical health and stamina.
Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends and holidays.
Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to follow instructions.
Ability to continuously move and regularly bend, lift, push, pull, carry, and move items weighing 25–50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Work experience as a Trail Runner or Houseman/Houseperson.
Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products.
High school diploma.

Responsibilities

Prepare cabin interiors for cleaning by removing trash, stripping linens, and restocking cabin provisions.
Clean and stage cabin outdoor lounge areas, including the fire pit, campfire kit, Adirondack chairs, and picnic table.
Clean cabin exteriors, including windows, hitch, and wheels, and remove outdoor trash.
Respond appropriately to guest concerns, complaints, and suggestions, referring them to management as needed.
Gather waste and/or contaminated materials for disposal when assigned.
Clean assigned areas of the Outpost, which may include cabins, trails, and common areas.
Properly use and maintain assigned equipment and supplies according to departmental specifications.
