About The Position

The Traffic Coordinator supports Alba Wheels Up International’s international logistics and customs-compliance operations by managing day-to-day transportation activities. The role coordinates shipment scheduling, carrier communication, delivery tracking, documentation, billing support, and customer updates to help ensure goods and information move accurately and on time. It works in a fast-paced environment and uses shipment visibility, analytics, technology, and automation while maintaining responsive, personalized service.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in administrative or logistics support within a professional environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
Excellent, clear, professional, and customer-focused communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with learning new systems.
A proactive, dependable attitude and willingness to collaborate as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute day-to-day traffic operations, including preparing and sending delivery orders to carriers.
Communicate with trucking companies to confirm pickups and deliveries and resolve basic shipment issues.
Maintain accurate documentation and upload proof of delivery and related receipts.
Prepare billing packages and assist with invoicing tasks.
Coordinate payment requests for carriers and service providers.
Provide responsive customer service and ensure timely updates on shipment status.
Coordinate shipment scheduling, carrier coordination, and delivery tracking.
Support timely and accurate movement of goods and information in international logistics and customs-compliance operations.
