About The Position

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a To-Go Roadie to support carry-out operations, uphold food quality and service standards, and provide To-Go guests with the same Legendary Food and Legendary Service as dine-in guests. The role involves welcoming guests, answering calls and taking orders, coordinating with restaurant staff, packaging orders accurately, and processing To-Go transactions. Roadies are paid weekly. Responsibilities

Give guests a legendary welcome and goodbye when they place or pick up an order.
Use proper phone etiquette when answering calls and taking orders.
Know the menu to accurately take and place orders.
Organize and package orders accurately.
Work collaboratively with Back of House staff to complete orders.
Partner with Restaurant Managers on quote times and accurately communicate expected order completion times to guests.
Understand the online and mobile app ordering systems.
Use the POS system accurately to place orders and process To-Go sales, gift card sales, and cash and credit card transactions.
Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures.
Exhibit teamwork at all times.
