About The Position

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a To-Go Roadie to support carryout operations and uphold high standards of food quality and service. The role helps ensure To-Go guests receive the same Legendary Food and Legendary Service as dine-in guests. Roadies are paid weekly. Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide a positive goodbye when they place or pick up orders.
Use proper phone etiquette when answering calls and taking orders.
Know the menu to take and place orders accurately.
Organize and package orders accurately.
Collaborate with Back of House staff to complete orders.
Partner with Restaurant Managers on quote times and accurately communicate order completion estimates to guests.
Understand the online and mobile app ordering systems.
Use the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to place orders and process To-Go sales, gift card sales, and cash or credit card transactions.
Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures.
Exhibit teamwork at all times.
