About The Position
Texas Roadhouse is seeking a To-Go Roadie to support carry-out operations, uphold high standards of food quality and service, and provide To-Go guests with the same Legendary Food and Legendary Service as dine-in guests. The role involves welcoming guests, taking and processing orders, packaging orders accurately, coordinating with Back of House staff and Restaurant Managers, and following safety and sanitation procedures. Responsibilities
- Provide each guest with a legendary welcome and goodbye when they place or pick up an order.
- Use proper phone etiquette when answering calls and taking orders.
- Know the menu to take and place orders accurately.
- Organize and package orders accurately.
- Collaborate with Back of House staff to complete orders.
- Partner with Restaurant Managers on quote times and accurately communicate order completion estimates to guests.
- Understand and use online and mobile app ordering systems.
- Use the point of sale (POS) system to place orders and process To-Go sales, gift card sales, and cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures.
- Demonstrate teamwork at all times.
