About The Position

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a To-Go Roadie to support carry-out operations, uphold high standards of food quality and service, and provide To-Go guests with the same Legendary Food and Legendary Service as dine-in guests. The role involves welcoming guests, answering calls and taking orders, coordinating with kitchen staff and managers, packaging orders accurately, processing sales and payments, and following safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a welcoming greeting and goodbye when they place or pick up an order.
• Use proper phone etiquette when answering calls and taking orders.
• Know the menu well enough to accurately take and place orders.
• Organize and package orders accurately.
• Work collaboratively with Back of House staff to complete orders.
• Partner with Restaurant Managers on quote times and accurately communicate order completion estimates to guests.
• Understand the online and mobile app ordering systems.
• Use the point of sale (POS) system to place orders and process To-Go sales, gift card sales, and cash and credit card transactions.
• Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures.
• Demonstrate teamwork at all times.
