About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Receive and process takeout and delivery orders accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and packaging of orders.
• Verify order accuracy and quality before handing off to customers or delivery drivers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the 'To Go' station and packaging supplies.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address questions, special requests, or concerns.
• Assist in managing inventory levels of packaging materials and notify management when supplies are low.
• Support delivery drivers by preparing orders for dispatch and providing necessary documentation.
