About The Position

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a To-Go Roadie to support carry-out operations, uphold food quality and service standards, and provide To-Go guests with the same Legendary Food and Legendary Service as dine-in guests. Responsibilities

Provide guests with a welcoming greeting and goodbye when they place or pick up an order.
Use proper phone etiquette when answering calls and taking orders.
Know the menu to accurately take and place orders.
Package orders accurately and in an organized manner.
Work collaboratively with Back of House staff to complete orders.
Coordinate with Restaurant Managers on quote times and accurately communicate expected order completion times to guests.
Understand and use online and mobile app ordering systems.
Use the point-of-sale (POS) system to place orders and process To-Go sales, gift card sales, and cash or credit card transactions.
Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures.
Demonstrate teamwork at all times.
