About The Position

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a To-Go Roadie to support carry-out operations and uphold high standards of food quality and service. The role helps ensure To-Go guests receive the same Legendary Food and Legendary Service as dine-in guests. Roadies are part of a people-first, fun culture that offers flexible work schedules, restaurant discounts, friendly competitions, recognition, formal training, and career growth opportunities. Roadies are paid weekly. After one year of service, eligible Roadies may receive a competitive total rewards package.

Responsibilities

Give guests a legendary welcome and goodbye when they place or pick up an order.
Use proper phone etiquette when answering calls and taking orders.
Know the menu to take and place orders accurately.
Organize and package orders accurately.
Work collaboratively with Back of House staff to complete orders.
Partner with Restaurant Managers on quote times and accurately communicate order completion estimates to guests.
Understand the online and mobile app ordering systems.
Use the point of sale (POS) system accurately to place orders and process To-Go sales, gift card sales, and cash and credit card transactions.
Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures.
Exhibit teamwork at all times.
