About The Position

Provides operational and quality assurance support for the implementation and training of Treasury Management products and services for commercial clients. Supported products include ACH Services; Business Online Banking and Business Bill Pay; Lock Box; Remote Deposit Capture; Positive Pay; Payroll Card; and Wire Transfer Services. The role provides high-touch, professional, reliable, and prompt customer service.

Requirements

• At least one year of banking experience, such as teller, personal banker, or operations experience.
• At least one year of strong customer service experience, preferably in financial services.
• A two-year college degree in business or a related field, which may be substituted for experience in financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Windows-based applications and ability to meet training standards.
• Analytical problem-solving skills, time management, and prioritization ability.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with an internet bank.
• Knowledge of legal documentation required for new account opening.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to establish positive working relationships across the organization.
• Solid technical proficiency in PC software tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Treasury Management clients, from implementation through training clients to use Treasury Management products.
• Participate in weekly Implementation Status Update Calls with Treasury Management Sales support staff.
• Review Treasury Management Agreements to ensure proper execution.
• Perform quality assurance on Treasury Management implementations as required.
• Update implementation and quality assurance procedures as needed.
• Work on special projects as needed.
• Assist with other daily operational activities as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
