About The Position

dormakaba is seeking a remote Project Onboarding Specialist I based in the Las Vegas area or within the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones. This role executes hospitality onboarding projects according to established standards, meets customer requirements, and coordinates internally to support an efficient onboarding process. The specialist ensures setup tasks are completed, client requirements are clarified, and internal teams are aligned for an organized onboarding outcome. The hourly hiring range is $26–$29, with the rate determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing coordination or administrative support.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

Hospitality experience.
French or Spanish proficiency.
Experience using a Customer Resource Management (CRM) system.

Responsibilities

Serve as a customer-facing contact during onboarding, build trust, and set expectations for timelines, documentation, and delivery steps.
Respond to each customer interaction within 48 hours.
Verify key order details and coordinate with internal teams.
Execute onboarding activities using defined processes and tools, escalating exceptions appropriately.
Manage installation dates based on stock availability and desired installation dates.
Maintain accurate and current records across systems and tools.
Monitor key milestones, flag risks, and escalate issues to Senior Specialists or the Onboarding Lead as needed.
