About The Position

The Exchange Onboarding Specialist I provides technical and operational support to Wealth Account Administrators, internal business partners, and external clients. The role ensures accurate and timely implementation of Wealth products, including Exchange and related offerings. It coordinates and advises internal business partners on product setups to support seamless integration and effective performance.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of experience in a bank operations environment, or 3–5 years of equivalent work-related experience in a technical environment.
• Basic knowledge of wealth management products and services.
• Problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze issues within interconnected applications, and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to understand operating systems best practices and standards.
• Time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate documentation, configuration, and implementation of client setups across Wealth products and systems.
• Analyze client setups within complex systems and coordinate with internal and external partners as needed.
• Communicate, consult, and train internal and external partners on Wealth product setups and functionality.
• Assist Product Management in identifying areas for departmental improvement.
• Support Wealth Exchange during conversions and upgrades by completing cleanup projects.
