About The Position
South Florida Auto Auction is hiring a full-time, permanent Title Clerk to support its vehicle auction operations in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida. The role reviews vehicle titles, maintains accurate records, assists dealers, and answers questions or helps resolve problems in a fast-paced auction environment. The position calls for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable with computers, able to work independently and collaboratively, and eager to learn. Training is available for candidates with the right attitude. The schedule is Monday through Friday during daytime hours. Compensation is a competitive hourly wage based on experience, with opportunities for additional bonuses. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Attention to detail, computer comfort, time management, organization, initiative, positive teamwork, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Two or more years of automotive title experience and some administrative or office experience are preferred.
- Certified Notary Public certification is a plus.
- Relevant experience is not essential; training is available for candidates eager to learn.
