About The Position

RNR Tire Express is hiring a full-time Tire & Wheel Alignment Technician / Automotive Technician to mount, balance, install, and align tires and wheels, and help with inventory and the day-to-day operation of the tire shop. Technicians use tire and balancing machines and help ensure vehicles are rolling smoothly. The role also helps oversee shop activity by supporting safety guidelines, completing paperwork, maintaining inventory, products, tools, and equipment, and labeling and organizing arriving merchandise. The position offers an hourly average of $16.00 to $23.00 with bonuses and is not paid at a flat rate. RNR Tire Express is a national franchise retailer of quality tires and custom wheels. Requirements

Valid state driver's license with a clean driving history.
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Physical ability to perform typical tasks associated with the position.
Organized and attentive to detail, especially when tracking inventory.
Safety-conscious.

Able to work as a team player.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a tire technician, wheel specialist, automotive technician, or wheel alignment technician.
Experience mounting, balancing, and installing tires and wheels.

Responsibilities
