About The Position

RNR Tire Express is hiring a full-time Tire & Wheel Alignment Technician / Automotive Technician to mount, balance, and install tires and wheels and help keep the tire shop operating smoothly. The position pays an average of $16.00 to $23.00 per hour with bonuses; the company does not use flat-rate pay.

Technicians use tire and balancing machines to mount, balance, and align tires and wheels. They also help oversee shop activity by following safety guidelines, completing paperwork, maintaining inventory, products, tools, and equipment, and labeling and organizing incoming merchandise. The role is based in a fun, family-oriented work environment with future growth potential. The shop is closed on Sundays.

Requirements

• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Physical ability to perform typical tasks associated with the position.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a tire technician, wheel specialist, automotive technician, or wheel alignment technician.
• Experience mounting, balancing, and installing tires and wheels; preferred but not required.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when tracking inventory.
