About The Position

Carvana is hiring an Automotive Wheel Repair Technician to repair wheels at one of its high-tech Inspection Centers. The work includes repairing deep wheel damage, operating a wheel repair machine, and painting and clear-coating wheels. Entry-level hires may receive training programs to help their skills and pay progress. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience in wheel or rim repair.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a motor vehicle records check.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must pass a complete background check.

Responsibilities
