About The Position

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of tires and wheels. The role provides excellent customer service and completes work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Duties include installing and maintaining tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing, rebuilding, relearning, or calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintaining equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services. The technician also promotes store sales and uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

On-the-job training is offered. Pay is $14.85–$24.50. Benefits are available to full-time employees after eligibility criteria are met and are subject to change and governed by plan documents and company policy.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequently lift weights between 35 and 75 pounds.
• Frequently bend, twist, and kneel, and continuously squat, reach, walk, and stand.
