About The Position

Big Brand Tire & Service is hiring a Tire Technician to help provide fast, accurate, high-quality service to customers. The role performs tire services, basic maintenance, inspections, battery work, and shop upkeep while working as part of a team. As skills and experience allow, the position may progress into light mechanical services such as brakes, suspension, and alignments. The company describes opportunities for career growth into Mechanic, Service Advisor, or Management positions.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and eager to grow.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and work on your feet.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate tires to specification.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work with the team to deliver fast, accurate service.
• Progress into light mechanical services, including brakes, suspension, and alignments, as skills and experience allow.
