About The Position
The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of tires and wheels. The role provides excellent customer service and completes work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. Les Schwab offers on-the-job training for a variety of skills.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-pace environment.
- Frequently lift weights between 35 and 75 pounds.
- Frequently bend, twist, and kneel, and continuously squat, reach, walk, and stand.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain tires and wheels, including repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
- Attach and rebalance wheels.
- Install or rebuild TPMS and relearn or calibrate it as needed.
- Wash tires and wheels.
- Test and install batteries.
- Use and maintain equipment.
- Assist other employees.
- Test drive vehicles.
- Operate service vehicles to provide offsite and emergency road services.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
- Use the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.
