About The Position

Dealer Tire is hiring a Tire Sales Specialist to work inside a premium automotive dealership in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The role is designed for customer-facing sales professionals who can build rapport, understand customer needs, recommend products, and close sales. After completing a fully paid training program, the specialist will sell tires on the service drive, perform quick visual inspections, provide pricing, and help customers choose solutions. The position also includes building relationships with dealership teams and supporting store operations such as inventory and reporting.

The role offers a consistent 5-day, 40-hour work week, a base pay range of $28.34–$30.85 per hour, and targeted annual commission. Commission is guaranteed during onboarding for up to two months. Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with order systems and CRM tools.
