About The Position

Dealer Tire is hiring a Tire Sales Specialist to work inside a premium automotive dealership in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The role is suited to relationship-focused sales professionals who can connect with customers, identify their needs, recommend products, close sales, and meet targets. After completing a fully paid training program, the specialist will serve as a tire sales expert on the service drive while supporting dealership and store operations. The position offers a consistent 40-hour work week and opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with order systems and CRM tools.

• Automotive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the dealership service drive.
• Perform quick visual inspections.
• Identify customer needs and confidently recommend solutions.
• Provide pricing and close sales.
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams.
• Support store operations, including inventory and reporting.
