About The Position

Responsible for assisting members in selecting and purchasing tires, properly installing and repairing tires, completing required tire bay documentation, and maintaining tire bay policies and procedures. The role also supports member service, safe and clean club operations, inventory management, and club standards. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn basic computer skills.
• Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds with assistance.

Nice To Haves

• Prior tire installation experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with tire selection and purchase, including verifying tire sizes for vehicles.
• Install and service tires, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, balancing, and repairing them.
• Properly dispose of tires and fill propane tanks as needed, if certified under DOT requirements.
• Maintain a clean, professional tire bay and waiting area; merchandise tire displays and automotive products.
• Provide knowledgeable service at the tire desk and coordinate with Home Office regarding member tire needs as needed.
• Maintain accurate and complete supply inventory and appropriately use special-order tire programs.
• Complete tire bay scheduling data and documentation for sales and service orders.
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards and properly use tire bay equipment.
• Maintain club policies and procedures and support club standards and team goals.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
