Tire Sales and Installation Full Time $1000 Sign on Bonus
About The Position
Responsible for assisting members with selecting and purchasing tires, properly installing and repairing tires, completing tire bay documentation, and maintaining tire bay policies and procedures. The role also supports club operations and member service, follows safety and cleanliness standards, and may include duties in other departments as needed. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered. The position involves tire mounting, dismounting, rotation, and balancing; maintaining tire displays, supplies, and the tire bay; and providing knowledgeable service at the tire desk. Team members are expected to deliver a safe, positive member experience, work collaboratively, and uphold club standards. The job requires regular, predictable, full attendance.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills or willingness to learn basic computer skills.
- Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire.
- Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance.
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

- Prior tire installation experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist members in selecting and purchasing tires, including verifying vehicle tire sizes.
- Install tires, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing; repair tires as needed.
- Properly dispose of tires and fill propane tanks when certified and as required by club policy.
- Maintain a clean and professional tire bay and waiting area, and merchandise tire displays and automotive products.
- Provide knowledgeable service to members at the tire desk and coordinate with Home Office about member tire needs as needed.
- Maintain accurate and complete supply inventory and use available special-order tire programs appropriately.
- Complete tire bay scheduling data and documentation for sales and service orders.
- Comply with safety and cleanliness standards and properly use tire bay equipment.
- Maintain club policies and procedures and support their application and compliance.
- Deliver service excellence, address and de-escalate member concerns, and help ensure a safe and positive member experience.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily club standards, maintain accurate signage, stock items, execute promotional plans, and keep areas clean and organized.
- Understand how to access and read department production or financial performance reporting.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
