About The Position

Responsible for assisting members in selecting and purchasing tires, installing and repairing tires, completing tire bay documentation, and maintaining tire bay policies and procedures. The role also supports member service, club standards, safety, cleanliness, inventory, and other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn them.
• Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds with assistance.

Nice To Haves

• Prior tire installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with tire selection and purchase, including verifying tire sizes for their vehicles.
• Install tires, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing.
• Repair tires and complete the required tire bay scheduling data and sales and service order documentation.
• Dispose of tires properly and fill propane tanks when certified under DOT requirements.
• Maintain a clean, professional tire bay and waiting area; merchandise tire displays and automotive products.
• Provide knowledgeable service at the tire desk and coordinate with the Home Office regarding member tire needs as needed.
• Maintain an accurate and complete supply inventory and use available special-order tire programs appropriately.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, club policies, and procedures, and use tire bay equipment properly.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Deliver service excellence, address member concerns, support a safe and positive environment, and contribute to daily club standards.
