As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the club meets the member’s expectations. This role involves leveraging digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement. You will also be responsible for operating cash registers, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory. Additionally, you will identify member needs, assist with purchasing decisions, and resolve issues and concerns. The role also emphasizes being a brand advocate, developing, influencing, and inspiring others, and working in a style that is respectful, supportive, and team-oriented. You will comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, and complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources. Embracing differences in people, cultures, ideas, and experiences is key to creating a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected.
