As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the club meets the member’s expectations. This role involves leveraging digital tools, operating cash registers, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory. You will also be responsible for identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues and concerns. The position requires acting as a brand advocate, developing and influencing others, and upholding company policies and standards of ethics and integrity. You will also be responsible for completing work assignments and priorities, adapting to change, and learning from feedback. Embracing differences, creating a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected, and helping attract the best talent are key aspects of this role. Strengthening the team by helping, developing, and mentoring others, recognizing contributions, and acting in a selfless, humble, self-aware, honest, fair, and transparent manner are also important.
