Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail — you catch errors and inconsistencies before they become problems.
  • Comfortable pulling, organizing, and interpreting data in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Clear, concise written communication — you can write a coherent appeal or product description without much hand-holding.
  • Organized and self-directed — able to manage multiple listings and tasks simultaneously.
  • Hungry, self-starter mentality — eager to learn and grow.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to be in-office 5 days/week.
  • Reliable communicator who takes initiative.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center or similar marketplace platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, etc.).
  • Prior experience in eCommerce, retail, or marketplace operations.
  • Exposure to performance reporting or working with GMV/conversion metrics.
  • Experience writing product listings or copy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day health of our TikTok Shop, including product listings, titles, images, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Consolidate and organize listings to improve discoverability and conversion.
  • Ensure all products are properly categorized, inventory is allocated correctly, and the storefront is consistently presenting well.
  • Pull and maintain daily and weekly performance reports covering GMV, views, conversion rate, and revenue by product.
  • Identify trends, flag underperforming listings, and surface actionable insights to the team.
  • Keep dashboards and trackers up to date.
  • Monitor pricing trends and bundle strategies across TikTok Shop to identify opportunities to improve average order value and competitiveness.
  • Research promotional mechanics — discounts, coupons, and bundle offers — and bring structured recommendations to the team for testing.
  • Monitor account health scores, policy flags, and listing violations within TikTok Shop Seller Center.
  • Draft and submit appeals for suppressed or flagged listings.
  • Stay current on platform policy changes and proactively address issues before they impact sales or account standing.
