Requirements

Higher education in Marketing, Business, or a related field
1+ year of experience in social media advertising
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Passion for social media advertising and continuous learning

TikTok Ads experience preferred

Responsibilities

Set up, manage, and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns and TikTok Shop, ad sets, and creatives
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare performance reports
Test new strategies, audiences, and creatives to improve campaign results
Collaborate with the creative team by providing insights and recommendations based on ad performance
Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
Support the launch and scaling of new products and campaigns
