This is a role for someone who doesn't just scroll TikTok, but truly gets how it works and knows how to turn that knowledge into sales.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on knowledge of TikTok Shop and the broader TikTok ecosystem
• Experience with affiliate marketing and creator partnerships
• Strong understanding of social commerce and shoppable content strategy

Responsibilities

• Leverage deep knowledge of TikTok Seller Center and API integrations
• Utilize understanding of algorithm-driven discovery to maximize product visibility
• Build and manage networks of creators to promote products via affiliate links
• Develop and maintain relationships that drive consistent, scalable growth
• Create and oversee shoppable UGC content designed to convert viewers into buyers
• Ensure all content aligns with platform best practices and audience behavior
• Coordinate, host, or advise on live shopping sessions
• Optimize live stream performance to drive real-time engagement and sales
