We are seeking to add to our entrepreneurial and dynamic culture with a TikTok Shop Manager. Position Description: The TikTok Shop Manager will be responsible for growing and scaling Blueair's TikTok Shop business in the US. This role sits at the intersection of e-commerce, social commerce, and brand building. You will report directly to the CMO and drive revenue growth through strategic campaign management, creator partnerships, and optimization of TikTok Shop operations. We believe that we’re better together. Our team is hybrid and requires applicants to live commuting distance from a Blueair office (Seattle or New York) and be in-office Tuesday-Thursday. Requirements

  • Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce; TikTok Shop and affiliate marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of TikTok's creator economy and affiliate ecosystem
  • Experience managing or directing agency partners
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of data-driven decision making
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with creators, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities

  • Own the TikTok Shop strategy: Set targets, roadmap, and growth plan aligned with Blueair's broader D2C and e-commerce goals
  • Commercial leadership: Manage the P&L for TikTok Shop, delivering against sales and profitability targets
  • Creator & agency partnerships: Build and scale relationships with TikTok creators, our specialist agency, and affiliates to drive product awareness and sales
  • Campaign execution: Develop, launch, and optimize TikTok campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI
  • Livestreaming: Own the LIVE commerce strategy — scripting, scheduling, and building toward flagship moments like product launches and Brand Days
  • Promotions & pricing: Plan couponing, discounting, bundles, and seasonal activations to accelerate growth
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, and Operations to ensure smooth execution
  • Data & reporting: Monitor KPIs (GMV, ROAS, CAC, retention) and deliver regular performance updates to the CMO
  • Market insights: Stay ahead of TikTok Shop trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to keep Blueair competitive
