About The Position

This is a teacher leadership role for the 2026/27 school year, designated for teachers who are teaching full-time and fulfilling roles based on school or Ingenium-wide need. These are one-year stipend positions, unless otherwise noted. Not all roles will be guaranteed at each site. Roles will be determined based on applicants and school needs. Stipends will be split into monthly payments based on the number of months the work is performed (most likely, 11 months).

Requirements

  • Must be a full-time teacher.
  • Arrive to meetings on time and sign in.
  • Actively participate in meetings as reported back by the committee head.
  • Attend at least 98% of meetings as determined by the sign-in sheets.
  • Active and full participation in teacher leader roles.
  • Attend all specified meetings, assigned professional development sessions, and designated work sessions.
  • Abide by general professional guidelines, such as attending meetings on time and completing work by required deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Meet at least once per week beginning in August for a minimum of 30 weeks throughout the year.
  • Review Tier 1 Data, including behavior data (office discipline referrals, attendance, SEL screeners), equity data (e.g., subgroup performance, disproportionality), and early warning indicators (attendance, behavior, course performance).
  • Discuss walkthrough or fidelity data to ensure teachers and staff are using strategies consistently.
  • Identify schoolwide PD needs based on data.
