About The Position

Teacher leader roles are two-year stipend positions, unless otherwise noted. The following teacher leadership role is for the 2026/27 school year. Not all roles will be guaranteed at each site. Roles will be determined based on applicants and school needs. Stipends will be split into monthly payments based on the number of months the work is performed (most likely, 11 months). A Testing Coordinator will coordinate and oversee all state assessments to ensure compliance with testing regulations, timelines, and procedures. They will train teachers, proctors, and staff on testing protocols, security procedures, and administration requirements. The role involves maintaining secure handling, distribution, and collection of testing materials and confidential student data, and monitoring testing sessions to ensure standardized administration and adherence to state and district policies. The Testing Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact between the school and testing vendor regarding assessments and reporting, and support accommodations and accessibility needs for students with IEPs, 504 Plans, and English Learners. Additionally, they will troubleshoot technical issues related to online testing platforms and coordinate with IT support as needed, communicate testing schedules, ensure timely completion of all testing, and promote a positive and organized testing environment that supports student success and minimizes disruptions.

Requirements

  • Arrive to meetings on time and sign in
  • Actively participate in meetings as reported back by the committee head
  • Attend at least 98% of meetings as determined by the sign-in sheets
  • Attend all specified meetings, assigned professional development sessions, and designated work sessions.
  • Abide by general professional guidelines, such as attending meetings on time and completing work by required deadlines.
