About The Position

Ticket Sales Representatives help guests have a memorable vacation experience by offering Historic Tours of America tours and attractions and introducing visitors to the history and culture of the city. The role involves learning the company’s products, pricing, and ticket package contents and recommending appropriate packages to guests to meet sales goals. The position includes paid training and pays $15 per hour plus commission.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record for the past three years, if driving is required while on duty.

Responsibilities

• Sell appropriate tour packages based on knowledge of products, pricing, and ticket package contents to meet sales goals.
• Accurately handle sales monies and receipts; verify and balance the cash drawer.
• Secure and maintain ticket inventory and company assets.
• Assist guests and meet their needs while following established rules and regulations.
